About Hope Soaps
Welcome to Hope Soaps, where our passion for handcrafted products meets our commitment to Christian values and sustainability. Founded in 2024 by me, Angel Montez, this is a proud veteran-owned and operated business nestled in rural west Texas, just outside of Silverton. My journey began with a simple belief: that taking care of our first line of defense should leave you feeling nourished.
Each bar I create is infused meticulously selected natural ingredients to ensure that our products not only cleanse but also promote wellness for both you and the environment. I also believe in the healing properties that God placed in nature, and we strive to share that with every customer who purchases our products.
Our goats, Bambi, June, Thor, and Leche are more than just animals; they are part of our family and serve as a daily reminder of the joy and simplicity that life can offer. They inspire me to have fun while I create products that are not only good for the skin but also good for the soul. I invite you to join me on this journey of self-care and sustainability, where every purchase supports a mission rooted in faith, love, and community.
At Hope Soaps, we are not just selling soap and personal care products; our family is sharing a piece of our heart with you. Together, let’s embrace the beauty of nature and the power of hope!
About Angel:
Here is a little about me. I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and joined the US Air Force after 9/11. I spent 14 years serving our country, and then decided to go to nursing school. I have been a nurse for 10 years, and know that our skin is the first line of defence against infection, so we need to keep it healthy and happy!
I am happily married to an amazing and supportive wife and she gave me five awesome kids. We have a strong Christian faith that was made stronger through multiple years of recovery. We actually met in AA (she won't mind me telling you that).
We decided to move out to rural west Texas to get away from the craziness of the city and started a family homested here. We have our goats, a few pigs, some chickens, and a fabulous little garden that my wife maintains.
I still work at a rural hospital here, until you amazing people can help me make this amazing business full-time. I definintly enjoy nursing, but this is a new way for me to serve and help you and your families feel good.
So from our family to yours: May God bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you, and give you peace.
